Part-FCL Licence Verification request for pilots of balloons, helicopters and aircraft

If you wish to demonstrate that a licence is genuine and valid, then you can submit a verification request to us. We provide you with a document with all verification requests of the licence holder, with a no incident and a no accident report.

What do I need?

You must provide the following information by sending an e-mail to nl.luchtvaart@kiwa.com:

1. Name of licence holder
2. Licence number
3. Invoicing address

Application and delivery

After reception of your payment, the verification letter will be sent to you within 5 workdays as a .pdf by e-mail. The verification letter is in English.

Express Service

An Express Service is not available for this product.

Validity

The verification does not have a validity period. However, the ratings that the licence holder has, are stated on the verification letter, and these are valid for 1, 2 or 3 years.  

Costs

The rate for this service is € 77.44 (incl. VAT) for each verification letter.

Payment

After Kiwa Register has received your verification request, you will receive the invoice by e-mail within 5 working days. After receipt of your payment, the verification letter will be sent to your stated e-mail address within 5 working days.
