On this page, you can find information about Part-FCL licences for making recreational flights by pilots in an aircraft. The European regulation states the competences that you have with these licences.
After reception of your application, this will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive the invoice, and possibly a request for supplying additional information by e-mail. After your application is complete and has been paid for, the processing of your application will take approximately 30 working days. After this period, the decision will be sent to you by post or by e-mail. You can find more information about the application process on the Handling of an application and delivery page .
You can select the Express service during the application for issuing a proficiency check. Your application is then given priority. In addition to the product fee, you will pay an additional 25% of the product fee for each Express Service request, with a minimum of € 130.68 (including 21% VAT and delivery by regular mail). Express Service Part-FCL is temporarily not available.
On first issue of a licence, the licence document shall be issued without a period of validity. This means that the licence document itself is always valid. An exception to this is the RPL proficiency check. This has a validity period of 5 years.

The rate for this service is specified by the government in the Regeling tarieven transportsectoren (Dutch). The processing of each issue of a proficiency check costs € 768.35 (incl. VAT).
When Kiwa Register receives your application, an invoice is sent to you. The payment must be made, at the latest, within four weeks from the date of the invoice. If your employer pays for the costs of the application, you can state this during the application. If you cancel the application, or if your application is negative/is not processed, the costs are not refunded because you are paying for the processing of the application.
