Op 14 februari 2019 heeft EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) een "Brexit Guidance Bulletin" gepubliceerd.
Gelet op hetgeen in paragraaf 7 "Conclusion" is vermeld, zullen wij alle aanvragen voor een licence transfer van het Verenigd Koninkrijk naar Nederland accepteren die zijn ingediend voor de Brexit datum. Ook als dit betekent dat de behandeling van de aanvraag en de uitgifte van het bewijs van bevoegdheid na de Brexit datum zal plaatsvinden.

Considering what is stated in paragraph 7 "Conclusion", we will accept all applications for a licence transfer from the United Kingdom to the Netherlands, if submitted before the Brexit date. Even if processing the application and the issue of the licence will take place after the Brexit date.
